UG Pan-African Doctoral Academy- Academic Writing Workshop For PhD Students

The University of Ghana under the Accelerated PhD Training through UG-Diasporan Linkages Project (APT-Ghana), funded by the Carnegie Corporation of New York is happy to announce the running of a 4-day workshop on Academic Writing for PhD Candidates of the University.
 
The purpose of this workshop is to provide an opportunity for PhD Candidates to sharpen their academic writing skills, to ensure quality output of their academic work.
 
The Academic Writing Workshop will take place as follows:
Dates: 7th to 10th December, 2015
Time: 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. daily
Venue: Centre for African Wetlands
Who should attend?  Registered UG PhD students in Year 3 and above.
 
Mode of application:
 
Qualified PhD Students must indicate their interest by completing the attached registration form and submitting an electronic copy to: ugpada@ug.edu.gh and copied to: kyeijnr@gmail.com
 
The Deadline for submission is: Tuesday, December 1st, 2015.
 
Please note that acceptance is strictly on a ‘First Come-First Served’ basis and any applications received after this date will not be considered.
