The School of Education and Leadership of the College of Education, University of Ghana and the Department of Education, University of Sussex is pleased to invite you to their first International Conference on Education Research for Development in Africa.

Theme:          Harnessing education research for evidence-based development.

The conference is designed for researchers, educators, practitioners and other stakeholders in the education sector to discuss the role of education in national development. ICERDA offers the opportunity to share best practices and findings from past and ongoing work to promote and enhance quality education in Ghana and to share perspectives of researchers from the UK.  

Works in progress especially from new faculty and Graduate Students in the social sciences with implications or connections to education are welcome for feedback from local and international experts in education and international development.

Abstracts of works in progress can be submitted via email to soelinfo@ug.edu.gh by April 10th, 2015.
