Keynote Speaker: Dr. K.Y. Amoako, Founder and President of the African Center for Economic Transformation and former Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA)

This Economic Forum forms a part of the University’s 75th anniversary celebrations. The Keynote speech will be followed by a Panel discussion on the essential elements of efficient and effective central bank-Treasury coordination in building a robust economic programme. The panel will explore the challenges that arise from a lack of coordination, potential consequences for economic growth, best practices in policy coordination, and the role of stakeholders in supporting effective coordination. There will also be a Q&A session to provide an opportunity for the audience to ask the panellists questions and deepen their understanding of the issues discussed.
