Professor Adum Kwapong Memorial Lectures

Members of the University community are hereby invited to the second edition of the Professor Adum Kwapong Memorial Lectures being convened by the United Nations University - Institute for Natural Resources in Africa (UNU-INRA).

The event will be held as follows:

The Professor Alexander Adum Kwapong Lectures- -which coincides with the event on IPCC activities and findings- will be observed concurrently with a lecture on 26th July by Dr. Youba Sokona, Vice Chair of the IPCC, on the topic "Is Africa's energy transition within reach? Construction and deconstruction of energy and development narratives in Africa."

Launched on 25 April 2019, the Professor Alexander Adum Kwapong Lectures is a quarterly event held within the respected knowledge cradle of the University of Ghana, with the aim of providing a space to facilitate free debate and the exchange of ideas.
