Four (4) retired Ghanaian engineers based in the United States of America who earlier in November 2018 donated seventy (70) pieces of reference materials to the School of Engineering Sciences Library have made a second donation to the School’s Library in fulfilment of their promise. The donors; Professor Emeritus Ebo Richardson, Professor Kwadwo Osseo-Asare, Dr. Kwaku K. Koram, and Dr. Victor Atiemo-Obeng, donated the second set of books at a cost of $800 to the School at a brief ceremony in the Dean’s Office on March 14, 2019.

Presenting the books on behalf of his colleagues Professor Emeritus Ebo Richardson and Professor Kwadwo Osseo-Asare pledged their continued support to the School.

Professor Boateng Onwona-Agyeman, Dean of the School of Engineering, who received the book donations thanked the donors and indicated that the School’s doors were open to receive such kind and thoughtful gifts, especially from academics in the diaspora.

The School of Engineering Sciences, the College of Basic & Applied Sciences and the University, as a whole, appreciate their kind gesture and wish them well in all their endeavours.
